Hello Thilina!
You should be able to check out the argouml-csharp project also without an
observer role. The url is
http://argouml-csharp.tigris.org/svn/argouml-csharp/trunk. If you have a
Tigris account use that as username and password, otherwise use the username
guest with an empty password.
If you apply for the Observer role in the project, I will grant it.
