Hi Linus,

I've now tested this out on Linux Fedora 7.  Sadly, it is not possible
to paste http URLs directly into the File Browse box.  As you suggested,
this must be a feature of the windows file browser, which doesn't exist
on all desktops.  In any case, I think it should be possible simplify
this section of the cookbook (perhaps with 2 possibilities for the psf
download instruction, one for windows users, one for everyone else).

I've only tested this in WindowsXP, so it could be the windows file
system that did the http transfer to temporary file, rather than the
JVM.  Anyone on linux/mac able to try this out?
