Yes, but the list of available languages is dertermined by the list of
available and enabled modules in the modules tab of "edit->settings...".
Currently, Java is integrated an nonconfigurable there, only Java from classes.
A Java independant modeller would like to disable all Java support here, while
a Java developer/architect would like to enable all for Java here. The Java
support will eventually appear here. If Java classfile RE is in a separate
module, then there will be two checkboxes (and two jar files in the ext dir) to
maintain, and I see no reason from the users point of view for that, that's all.

Yes. I still have not committed, though I could. Current state: the import
sources for Java is done, now I try to get the unit tests run. I don't mind to
commit now, but normally would wait until the work is tested a little bit.
Then, I'd like to copy CG, sequence-RE and notation (and preferrably classfile
RE) there, too, add a homepage with some info for the project, and then let the
module live parallel to the current Java support. Someday, when the module is
mature enough (I hope others will work on it, too), then the current Java
support can be discontinued in favor of the new Java module.
