I removed the users mailing list and the link to the Discussion forum and
the issuezilla. I also removed the dev list. If we need it again, we can
just create a new one. I also changed the description of the issues mailing
list.

The Discussion forum and the issuezilla are still there, there is just no
link to them anymore.
