Here's little source visualization toy that's using the ArgoUML code
base (v 0.24) as one of its demo datasets.

You can view a static image on the web site, but if you want to fly
around the city it's a 50MB download.  It's interesting, but doesn't
really provide a ton of useful information.  The height of the
"buildings" is proportional to the number of methods in class and the
length of the side is proportional to the number of attributes (all
buildings are square).  The monster buildings in our diagram are
generated parsers, which probably should have just been excluded since
they're generated.
