Hi Bogdan,
you may run ArgoUML with the launch configuration "ArgoUML sequence2".
If it isn't shown in the Run toolbar button of eclipse, open the Run
dialog and it is in the "Java Application" group.
Afterwards, the new sequence2 diagram is the rightmost button and not
the one after the class diagram button.
NOTE: I have fixed this launch configuration some minutes ago, please
update argouml-core-diagrams-sequence2 project.
