Hello Thomas!
I don't think we should wait with this and similar stuff. Do this as soon as
you are ready. There is enough work to do and to review and discuss at the
release so as much as possible should be done ahead of time.
Another thing along these lines, isn't it time to promote the user Forum and
Wiki from the argouml site? At least adding links to the users' site among
the Project Tools. Once the links are in place we could issue a News item
and a message to the users' and announce mailing lists. This could also be
done now, before the release.
