Hi Linus, I finished work on the support page, so that you can go ahead and announce it in a news item and in a mail to the users mailing list, as you said. Here is a proposal, feel free to change or replace it:

It contains links and information about the available support channels. You can find the already known issue tracking system (issuezilla) and the users mailing list, but also new possibilities: a forum, a wiki and even a chatroom (irc channel). All these already went alive and are fully available! The support page is available: - in the left hand menu of all project web pages (http://argouml.tigris.org/support.html) - inside the ArgoUML application, if internet is reachable (Help -> Help F1, then the Support tab in the opening dialog box) Have a look and enjoy!
