The release 0.26.beta1 of argouml is now uploading to the downloads site.
I agree with Bob that once the upload is completed and the release is tested
for appearant problems, a News announcement can be published. Please Thomas
or Bob, could you write such a News announcement emphasizing on quality
assurance?
