The tag is now set.
Commits to trunk now go into the 0.26 release (or the next beta if we decide
to make another one).
Commit restrictions for the beta period still apply. Commits to the source
only after approval of me (Linus Tolke), Tom Morris or Bob Tarling.
This beta is a release candidate in that any commit to the source will more
or less automatically cause us to make another beta. Hopefully we will not
need to and the stable release can be done on Thursday as planned.
