I suspect Linus adding this to the 0.27.1 release was simply because he didn't know who would get what completed by when. The listed details are up there to be corrected and adjusted by individuals. Maybe these should be discussed more before making public on the release plan website. But as it stands I'd like to see Brians suggested work added. Brian should be able to do this himself. Personally I'd like to see a slightly longer development phase. Maybe 2 months from the 0.26 release. We should only need a couple of alphas before advertising the beta phase. Would 3 weeks do for a beta phase? How does that sound to others?
