Hello all!

I noticed that the entire Open Publication License is stated in Appendix F
of the User Manual. I.e. also the parts that are supposed to be options
depending on the choice of the author(s) and some comments. This makes it
unclear as to what options we have chosen for the User Manual.

Let me suggest that we choose:

   - not to prohibit the distribution of substantively modified versions
   without explicit permission and
   - not to prohibit publication of the User Manual or derivative work in
   paper form without explicit permission.

If I understand correctly that will make us have to most permissive version
of this license.

Is there any reason for prohibiting this for the User Manual that I have not
understood?

In any case we can remove sections F.6 and F.7 from the User Manual. I think
we should also change the Copyright notice in the beginning of the docbook
file to reflect the Open Publication License.
