Hi Gustavo, I'd like to echo everyone else's comments, and welcome you to the ArgoUML community.
I have particular interest in making the process of getting started with ArgoUML as smooth as possible, and have made efforts in the past to improve the instructions and procedures. In my mind, it is very important to allow interested people (such as yourselves) the best possible opportunity to contribute to the work of ArgoUML. If you find any faults in the instructions, or things don't seem to work in the way that you'd expected, do let me know. Just in case you've missunderstood, the gef, toolbar, modules, etc projects are not essential to developing the core of ArgoUML. ArgoUML normally runs with precompiled libraries from these projects, so most of the time you only need the argouml-core-projectset.psf file, which includes those precompiled libraries. It's only necessary to download the other projects if you want to work on them. I'd certainly recommend getting up and running with argouml-core-projectset.psf first in any case.
