I think it is best that we have the same wiki for all parts of the ArgoUML
project i.e. for all subprojects. The subprojects that are for other natural
languages are apart from this since handling the same information in several
languages is a whole other issue.
Normally subprojects are also subsystems so you could start by creating a
subsystem wiki page using the subsystemtemplate and take it from there.
For the plans and ideas, news items and downloads, the subprojects are just
as much argouml as any other part of the project.
