Did you mean me? I certainly don't consider myself an expert yet. I do think that the launch configurations need tidying up a bit. I would recommend that people use the built-in launch configurations as much as possible, rather than creating their own; that way, we know that we are running with the same configurations. The suggested naming convention looks good. May I suggest that we create a new directory trunk/src/argouml-app/launch to store the eclipse launch configurations. That will help keep things tidier. In general, changing the launch configurations is low risk, so we shouldn't be afraid to tidy things up or delete things which are obsolete. If possible, can we have an obvious looking ArgoUML NORMAL.launch or something equivalent? When I was a new developer, I remember being really confused by all of the different configurations. The launch configuration is something we need new developers to find easily, and is part of the vital 'first hour' when they try to work on the project.
