First, my apologies for breaking the build. I managed to run all my tests in an entirely different workspace than I was actually modifying.
The real reason for this note, though, is to see if anyone can help fix the sequence diagram tests. I've temporarily disabled the sequence diagram test in org.argouml.persistence.TestZargoFilePersister.testDoLoadUml14(), but as far as I can tell it wasn't actually testing the upgrade process or the new implementation since it requires the Sequence2 module and wasn't setting it up. Is my interpretation correct? Does anyone know how to get it set up properly? Alternatively, is this functionality (seq1->seq2 upgrades) tested somewhere else, so it's ok to remove this test altogether.
