Hello Scott (and all)!
Jack thinks this might be a problem with how files with that extension is
treated by the web server. I have an alt copy of the same file now at
http://argouml-downloads.tigris.org/nonav/argouml-0.28/ArgoUML-0.28.app.tar.gz(called
(alt) on the web page). Could you see if that resolves the problem?
