I wonder if/how the release should be promoted. Normally, there will be a mail on the maining lists, a news item, and I will post it in the user forum. Should we go beyond that? OK, from a technical point of view we should use 0.29.1 only as a help for our internal work. Also, the UML2 mode is far from usable, and users should be extra warned to use it, for this we resently added the warning "whistles". But the release could be seen as a signal that things evolve towards the "big step". A "proof of concept", that the ArgoUML infrastructure can run eclipse UML, which is a basis for UML2 support. Can this be used to get ArgoUML into peoples minds? (E.g., we could use this to get in contact with the eclipse UML people. Bob already identified a need for support from them, see his mail on deletion event here on the list.)
