Hello Dave!
Since end of last year, when Tigris was changed to the new Discussion
service, the CollabNet developers have been working to fix different kinds
of spam problems. Some of them have been that the addresses can "leak out"
on the web site. I am not sure if there are any problems left but I find it
unlikely that something has happened to the site during the last couple of
days that has changed this. I find it more likely that a spammer have
collected your address months ago and just now starting to use it.
For me, I have the impression that this kind of mails is slowly decreasing
in intensity. Probably not because of less spamming but because Google is
improving the spam filters on gmail.
