As far as I can see the panels are complete. The only item missing is http://argouml.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=6020 which I will tackle if I have time but I don't see as being a showstopper.
Luis, how is your work going? Can we assist in any way? I would suggest a beta release as soon as possible with what we have now just so that users having trouble with the current stable release can move forward rather than back.
