Would it help if toolbar and swidgets were brought into core argouml?
I had been considering that anyway.

GEF I think should still remain separate but if that was mavenized
would that help?

What about subprojects like csharp etc that I think still have their
own svn. Would these be better brought into the main svn repository
for argouml? I think that would also be a good move anyway.

I'd agree that Maven should not be a major target now but I see no
reason not to do some small changes that might move us in that
direction in future and improve things anyway.
