Thanks all for so detailed answers. Nevertheless I did not manage to debug argouml+java in Eclipse environment created from psf's. After half day struggling with PDE, lunchers, etc. I ended with creation repository layout and building three new java projects in Eclipse - argouml, argouml-java and argouml-db. After that I have no problems, I can use build.xml from repository, compile, build, run and debug all of them. Now I wonder what for we are using Eclipse layout with complicated and almost not documented PDE plugin?
