Hi Mark and Linus, my understanding is that the "no feedback" problem is only an issue because one has to press "cancel" to proceed. This is fixed.
The only possible irritation arises when generating code for SQL *and* for other language(s) at the same time, because then the cancel button only cancelles the SQL part. So, it probably should read "cancel SQL generation" instead of "cancel" only. What do you think?
