Hi Peter and Linus,

great to see that PHP support gets enhanced! After reading your mails, I think 
the option to go is to create a new ArgoUML subproject on Tigris, make Peter 
the manager of it and release the code under EPL 1.0 license there.

Later, one could decide if the new module(s) could replace the existing PHP 
support (thus being delivered together with ArgoUML) or should be kept optional.
