Rusi Popov contributed a patch that removes log4j and replaces it by
java.logging. I have tested the patch using the Gerrit server and will now
approve it (from the Gerrit server).
This applies to the argouml project and the subprojects will have to follow
(I will do my best to fix this). As long as all distributed subprojects are
not moved over, we will still have to distribute the log4j with each
delivery but remember that log4j is no longer configured (since the code
that configured it is removed).
