Hi, In french press, magazine "Programmez !" (http://www.programmez.com) has this month as main topic "La boîte à outils du développeur". ArgoUML is in section "Les outils complémentaires et utiles" (p 44/84) with a little description and a big screen picture (With logo and class diagram from http://argouml.tigris.org/).
There is a mistake on their description (BSD => I think it's EPL), otherwise some words about supported diagrams, language, and export files.
