1] Move policy status to the top to give clear indication to the user
(especially useful in case of disabled policies)
2] Make Columns entry field for HBase repository not consistent with other
repositories
3] The policy information section is occupying a lot of blank space and it is
limiting the viewable area for the policy columns. Remove the right side
section all together and/or stretch the columns all the way to the right.
