Summary: User source getting changed

*Steps to reproduce the issue:*
1] Log-into Argus Policy Admin Tool
2] Go to Users/Groups tab
3] Click on any username which has “User Source” as “External” (This means the
user and it’s related groups was synced to XA Admin Tool from Unix or LDAP)
4] Now on the edit page for the user you are allowed only to edit the role,
every thing else is blocked. Click on save without making any change
5] Note that the user you saved now becomes an “internal" user
*Expected Behavior*
User source should not be changed.
*Actual behavior*
External user becomes internal user. Now system allows this user to be opened
and associated groups modified. This change can impact all future authorization
policies for this user.
