mvn verify should verify apache license compliance using apache rat plugin.
As part of this task, would populate the exclude files in pom.xml to pass
verification.
Though, I have already added/replaced licenses in most of the files, there are
still some files which were added recently or I could not make a call on the
license to include.
The remaining exclude files have to be reviewed and trimmed down by adding
right license.
