Initial jenkins integration has been implemented.
Currently, there is a single jenkins job that runs on a daily basis (by a
scheduler) on the master branch. The build runs a subset of our tox definition.
Specifically, it runs everything except for python 2.6 tests because python 2.6
is not installed on the ubuntu jenkins slave.
More work that could be done regarding the integration:
1) Produce xunit output from pytests runs and have jenkins consume it
2) Configure builds that will be triggered on PR's, code pushes to different
branches, etc...
