Description:
Full implementations of 'Command' design pattern should be added to enable
using command for different interfaces than CLI.
Argparser and other CLI-related logic should be decoupled from Command
implementation, which should contain only invocation of bussiness logic.
Required to include ARIA as external dependency in common-tosca-aria Open-O
subproject
