Add support for auto-completion in CLI:
1) commands/flags completion - (e.g. {{executions}}, {{--force}}, etc.)
2) Values completion - auto-complete possible values by querying the storage,
e.g. {{aria executions start -s my-service my-workflow}} - the {{my-workflow}}
workflow name should be able to auto-complete by querying the service's
workflows.
