The parser's output is separated from the CLI's.
This means:
1) Colors and other CLI configuration is ignored by the parser
2) The output isn't logged properly using the CLI's logging configuration
3) Separate verbosity levels and control for the parser from those of the CLI
etc.
The output mechanism should be made into a single one.
