The output in CLI should be consistent across commands.
1) Printing "parameter templates" (e.g. service-template inputs, workflow
inputs, node-template properties and attributes(?)) should have consistent
format - currently each command prints according to its own format.
2) The same applies for printing "parameters" (e.g. service inputs, execution
inputs, node properties(?) and attributes).
3) {{aria service-templates inputs}} shows the service-template's inputs, but
perhaps it'd be better if those were shown under {{aria service-templates
show}}, similarly to how {{aria node-templates show}} shows the node's
properties (Of course, another option is to go the other way around, and have a
{{properties}} subcommand for {{aria node-templates}} or so).
