If a user attempts to {{aria service-templates store ...}} a service-template
with no appropriate file-system permissions, the following error is presented:
{{[Errno 13] Permission denied: u'hello-world/helloworld.yaml'}}
The message should be a custom message by ARIA rather than a default error
message.
