Add support for pausing and resuming workflow executions.

Note: Currently not all tasks are persistent (e.g. Stub tasks are not stored); 
It might require persisting those, or it might be possible to recreate new such 
stub tasks and figuring out where they belong in the graph when resuming the 
workflow execution.
