Summary: Support conditionals in workflows

Add support for conditionals in workflows, i.e. only executing tasks based on
results from previous tasks and/or other predicates.
This could be modeled as a dependency between a single task and two others,
where one of the two will be executed for a True value of the predicate and the
other will be executed in case of a False.
