Are you closing the issue or would you like me to?

Are you going to move onto ARIA-423?

I was assigned the JIRA issue https://issues.apache.org/

Apache currently hosts two different issue tracking systems, Bugzilla and
Jira. To find out how to report an issue for a particular project, please
visit the project ...

jira/browse/ARIA-19

When I started looking at the code to fix, the issue, I noticed that the
"% usages with string format" has now already been replaced with "string
format" as part of pull request related to ARIA-1(https://issues.apache.
org/jira/browse/ARIA-1) by Tal.

I am going to mark the issue as Resolved and put the comment that it has
been fixed by Tal as part of Aria-1.
