Clearly not fixed, as per

and others. Options:
a) Move up to the latest pax-web, adjust the test's context root for proper
wab-ness
b) Change the test to be a regular bundle and not a WAB
a) Is better since one of the two drivers behind the feature is to make
blueprint components more easily accessible from web bundles. We'll try a)
first.
