0.3 release

So we have the 2.2.0 release of the Maven Bundle Plugin (thanks Stuart) 
and I am building and testing the 0.3-RCx branch with a view to creating 
a release.
It's a while since I created this branch and I notice that some commits 
have gone in. Am I right in assuming that everything that you all want 
in the release is is the branch? If not, now would be a good time to add 
things :-)
