meeting which is 16 Feb @ 10am (PST). I'm not around that week, so I
intend to submit last thing friday 11th Feb.
I'm only ok with saying that we have a 0.3 release if we have closed off
JIRA for 0.3, produced some release notes and announced it. Until then,
although artifacts are avialable, I don't think we can say we have
completed a release. How much more work needs to be done before you can
close of JIRA? Is there a list of defects that you need people to sort out?
