Here's my +1. 

Source, signature/checksum, license/notice files -- all look good. I had one 
test failure on my first build. However, test output didn't really show an 
error. Subsequent clean build ran without a problem. One minor note: the 
DISCLAIMER file is no longer needed. No real harm by including it, however. So, 
not worth cutting a new RC, IMO...
