Can't build subsystem from fresh checkout and local repo

1) subsystem relies on a 1.6.1-SNAPSHOT of Felix bundrepository which can't be
found .... moving to 1.6.4
2) subsystem-core uses Equinox 3.7.0.v20110110 but other sibling modules use
3.7.0.v20110221 ... moving subsystem-core to the newer level gives a compile
problem as it seems org.osgi.framework.wiring.Capability no longer exists.
