This patch deletes the SubsystemAdmin interface and implementing class and
transfers any necessary functionality elsewhere. The patch was generated using
svn diff from the command line. I successfully applied it using Tortoise SVN
against the latest repo contents.
This patch contains the contents of patches
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARIES-641 and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARIES-607 and may be applied in lieu of
those.
Applying ARIES-607 first may result in the need to reassemble this patch
because this patch deletes files that were moved in ARIES-607.
