This patch updates subsystems to use the new ResourceProcessor API. Most of the
work involved the SubsystemResourceProcessor and BundleResourceProcessor
classes with some cascading effects in other classes. The Session interface and
implementors have been removed and replaced with the Coordination.
This patch also includes the contents of the following patches.
