Attachment: 20110506-1732.patch
This patch removes all references to Scope Admin from
org.apache.aries.subsystem.core and org.apache.aries.subsystem.itests. It
relaces the previous functionality with that of Region Digraph.
This patch also includes the contents of the following patches.

ARIES-607
This patch requires the Region Digraph bundle added to the local repository
according to the following definition.
