Currently a client wanting to hook into the modelling code that is an Apache
Aries has the choice of consuming a fair chunk of the Aries runtime or use the
standalone-tool (which in turn again includes a sizable chunk of runtime).
As additional option I would like to make the Blueprint parsing and Application
modelling code consumable by itself, even outside OSGi as plain libraries :) As
a side effect that should make the standalone tool smaller as well ...
