Your PGP key is missing from the Aries KEYS file. Here's my -1 until this is 
fixed. A new vote would not be necessary. Just update the KEYS file. The KEYS 
file should be updated in the DIST directory, also... 

As with the prior vote, DISCLAIMER is no longer needed -- a minor issue. 
Everything else looked good.
