Support "rollback-for" in tx:transaction definition like in Spring

It would be amazingly useful if we could define which Exceptions should cause a
rollback. In spring there is the rollback-for and no-rollback-for attributes,
in EJB-s there is the @ApplicationException(rollback=true) solution.
I think it is not hard to implement this but the xsd of the blueprint
transactions should be upgraded.
