Most of the Aries bundles in the blog assembly no longer start. The reason is
that pax logging is missing from the framework; the reason for that is that the
config.ini lists the wrong version.
(Sadly, the blog tests don't validate the blog assembly. I'll raise another
issue for that, since it's a harder fix.)
